Bob founded Digital Research in 1992. Under Bob’s leadership, DRI has firmly established itself as a boutique research supplier, providing a range of custom solutions to Fortune 1,000 companies around the globe.
Our firm was one of the earliest regular suppliers of web-based data collection, dating back to a 1997 online consumer panel for FamilyPC Magazine.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of Michigan and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Kevin has been with DRI's Critical Insights division since 2000. Kevin’s areas of expertise include brand development, positioning strategy, healthcare branding, and health promotion.
Prior to Critical Insights, Kevin held research and strategy roles at Arnold Worldwide and Houston Effler (later Houston Herstek Favat) in Boston.
Kevin earned his degree from Stonehill College in Massachusetts.
Traverse joined DRI in 2014. Trav is an expert in designing questionnaires and analyzing data for large-scale studies that measure customer satisfaction, advertising effectiveness and brand awareness, message effectiveness, website usability, and consumer attitudes and perceptions.
Prior to DRI, Traverse spent more than a decade at Greenwald & Associates and before that, at the U.S. Travel Association.
Trav graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of William & Mary and holds a Master’s degree in experimental psychology from Wake Forest University.
Lisa has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining DRI, Lisa worked as a Data Analyst at the Center for Marketing Research and then as a Statistics/Data Processing Specialist at Forbes Consulting Group where she oversaw data analysis projects for several leading Fortune 500 organizations.
Lisa processes DRI research data: tabulation, cleaning, weighting, indexing, and other data management tasks. She is an expert in WinCross programming and SPSS.
Ms. Belmain holds a BS in Business with a specialization in Marketing from Fitchburg State College.

Ellen brings 30 years of research and operational experience across numerous fields in business and academia: media, social and public policy, consumer, health, and medical.
Ms. Liss holds Bachelor's Degrees from Syracuse University in Psychology and Writing for TV, Radio and Film. She earned her MA from the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ellen touches all aspects of research, from design to analysis to reporting. She also assists with DRI's corporate marketing and promotions.
Allison joined DRI in July, 2018 as a Research Assistant. She was promoted to Associate on her first-year anniversary with the company. Allie supports the team in all aspects of the research process - project management, data collection and cleaning, report generation, and field services management.
Prior to joining DRI, Allison worked in The Self and Close Relationships Lab at the University of New England, managing the day-to-day activities of the lab including overseeing a team of research assistants and assisting in the research process.
Ms. Symonds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of New England.
Paige joined DRI in February 2021 as our Qualitative Services Manager, overseeing the recruitment process for in-person studies and the DRI focus group facility.
Throughout her career, Paige has worked in hands-on, client focused environments, often managing complex projects with many moving parts. She "speaks" detail and logistics. Prior to joining the DRI team, Paige worked in the NYC fashion photography and advertising business as a photographer agent and producer.
Paige graduated Phi Beta Kappa from New York University with a bachelors degree in French Language and Literature.
Qualitative Services Manager
Ron joined DRI in June, 2019 with over 25 years of experience in the finance and marketing industries. Ron oversees the business operations including finance and the technical infrastructure.
Prior to DRI, Ron held finance and technology positions in Boston at Welch & Forbes, LLC and Cyrk, Inc., and in Portsmouth at DHK Financial Advisors.
Ron holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Gordon College and an MBA from Bentley University.
Genevieve joined DRI after graduating from Dartmouth College in 2001. Initially a Research Assistant, she quickly was promoted to Programmer/Analyst and then Director of IT.
Ms. Yong leads DRI's survey programming, web/panel sites, custom data tools and server management.
Hannah Christian joined DRI full-time in May 2020. Ms. Christian worked at Digital Research as a paid intern during her senior year at the University of New England (UNE), and is now the company's Research Assistant.
Prior to joining the DRI team, Hannah worked in the Self and Close Relationships Lab at the University of New England, managing the Lab’s research assistants.
Ms. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UNE.
