To support our new media research programs, DRI has established a global Consumer Technology Panel™ of individuals who have expressed a desire to participate in online surveys and focus groups.

The DRI Consumer Technology Panel™ closely parallels the demographic profile of adults with Internet access. Samples can be drawn to precisely represent the online universe. Or, we can balance the pool of panelists that are invited to participate on key demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education, and geographic region.

The panel, currently numbering in the tens of thousands, continues to grow. We recruit Panel Members in a variety of ways, including:

  • Banner ads on high traffic sites,
  • Opt-in recruiting programs with strategic online partners,
  • Our own Tell-a-Friend™ referral program, and
  • Opt-in recruiting of respondents in select proprietary studies.
