Tell-a-Friend™ FAQ's
If you have any additional questions, please contact Shari
Starkey, our Consumer Technology Panel™ Manager. We welcome you to
review our Privacy Pledge.
How does Tell-a-Friend™ work?
Panel Members refer their friends and/or family members to join DRI's
Consumer Technology Panel™.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
No. However, please see "eligible referrals", below.
Is there anyone I cannot refer? Who is eligible for membership?
You cannot refer any friend or family member that lives with you in
your household, or who is already a member of the Consumer Technology
Panel™.
You can only refer someone once. If you sent us a referral for
someone during a previous Tell-a-Friend™ promotion, you cannot refer
him or her again.
All other adults (persons over the age of 18) can enroll their
households. Any household member included on the Panel Registration Form
is eligible for participation in panel studies.
How do I submit my referrals?
Send us your referrals' name and valid e-mail address along with a
brief personal message. We will take care of the rest. Click here to
view the [Tell-a-Friend™ Referral Form].
What will you send to my referrals?
Once we receive your Tell-a-Friend™ Referral Form, we will send a
personalized e-mail message to each of your referrals, explaining DRI's
Consumer Technology Panel™ and the Tell-a-Friend™ program, and
inviting them to join.
It identifies you as having submitted the referral and provides your
name, e-mail address, and the personal message you asked us to attach.
The e-mail invitation also includes a link to the Panel Registration
Form.
