Jane
Mount Named Vice President at Digital Research, Inc.
Kennebunk, ME:
Digital Research, Inc. (DRI) announces the
promotion of Jane Mount from Research Director to Vice President.
In her new role, Mount will take on the added responsibilities
of new business development
and internal corporate strategy
development. She will also
remain active in her own research
practice, which focuses on consumer
packaged goods, custom online research, the retail
sector, brand
development and positioning, and consumer publications.
At DRI, Mount directs the most comprehensive and most highly acclaimed
toy research
program in the publishing industry, Disney’s FamilyFun
Toy of the Year Awards. She
also
co-created DRI’s successful medical education tracking program,
MedEd Tracker, the only physician satisfaction program of its kind in
the pharmaceutical industry; she continues to
provide strategic
direction to this program. Her
work in developing an online customer
research panel for a major
grocery chain earned the American Marketing Association’s
(AMA)
coveted EXPLOR Award (Exemplary Performance and Leadership in Online
Research).

Mount earned a B.S. in Finance from
Lehigh
University
and an M.B.A from
Seton
Hall
University.
She is a graduate of the AMA’s
School
of
Marketing Research
at
Notre Dame
University,
and was trained in focus group moderating at the RIVA Institute.
Mount is a
member of the AMA, the Interactive Marketing Research
Association/Market Research Association, and the National Association
of Female Executives.
A resident of Scarborough, Mount serves
as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the
Morrison
Developmental
Center
in
Portland
.
