Jane Mount, from Scarborough, has been promoted to President of Digital Research, from her position as Executive Vice President and Director, Research Services. In her new role, Jane will manage all of the day-to-day operations for the company. Jane joined the company in 2000 and has worked as a marketing research professional for more than twenty years.
Stephanie Fraone, PhD, who is also from Scarborough, has been promoted to Associate Research Director from the position of Senior Research Associate. Stephanie oversees a variety of global research studies, including web site evaluations, customer satisfaction studies, market rate studies, shopper insights studies and market segmentation.
